If it had not been tossed at Ron Artest, he could not have possibly charged the stands. I’m not saying that whatever he did was correct because he acted ignorantly.

Thus, the nine-player, 146-game monstrous suspension made one of the most humiliating crossroads in NBA history. Artest is currently known as the “Bad Boy” of the association and also known as punch of the fan. The suspension of 73 games is a significant part of the explanation he has been “honored” with this award.
